SCI Houtzdale - HVAC Improvements

The purpose of this project is to replace the facilities rooftop units and air handler units at the SCI Houtzdale facility, which have surpassed their intended service life and no longer meet operational standards. The project aims to ensure reliable climate control, improve maintenance efficiency, and support a better mechanical infrastructure for the facility. The estimated construction cost is $2,000,000.00. • The project requires professional selections for design and/or engineering services. • The project is eligible for Small Diverse Business (SDB) and/or Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. • Applicants must agree to meet all SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals. • The project documents, including the application and project brief, can be viewed and downloaded from the project's Trimble Unity Construct solicitation file.
