The Virgin Islands Port Authority is seeking bids from qualified licensed contractors to perform cleaning of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system at the Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas, USVI. The scope of work includes cleaning of the HVAC system, and the contractor must provide all labor, material, services, and equipment necessary for the work. The bid must include a cost proposal, executive letter, personnel listing and qualification, experience with similar projects, and other required documents. The authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any and all bids. • The bid must be submitted electronically through the eProcurement site at https://viportbids.ionwave.net. • A mandatory site walk-through will be held on 8/11/2026 at 8:30 AM (AST) at VIPA's Administrative Building. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, licenses, and certifications as required by federal and local laws. • The authority is exempt from all federal, state, and local taxes, and the contractor is responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances, as applicable.
