Optima case tracker system

The Florida Statewide Guardian ad Litem Office is seeking to renew its licensing agreement with Evinto Solutions for the Optima case management tracker system. The system is used to record case-related activity for children represented by the Guardian ad Litem Office. The license agreement will allow up to 11,000 users access to the Optima system for a period of one year, beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027.
