Description
The District is seeking a qualified vendor to perform comprehensive testing, inspection, and documentation of all water‑based fire‑protection systems across every Judson ISD campus and auxiliary facility. The contractor must supply licensed technicians, all required tools and equipment, and provide written reports after each inspection, while adhering to NFPA 25, Texas statutes, and District safety policies.
• Perform operational checks, flow tests, valve and sprinkler inspections, alarm and pump testing, and documentation of system condition at each site.
• Deliver monthly invoices and detailed inspection reports (including photos, deficiencies, and corrective‑action recommendations).
• Maintain a one‑year warranty on parts and labor, carry required insurance, and ensure all personnel pass background‑check requirements (SB 9).
• Contract term is two years with up to three optional one‑year extensions; price adjustments up to 3 % may be applied after the first term.
• Vendor must submit a sealed hard‑copy proposal (plus USB copy) by the deadline and provide all required certifications and forms (A‑series, Form P, etc.).
