Description
The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a qualified contractor to provide interior plant landscaping and maintenance services. The contractor will be responsible for providing interior plant landscaping and maintenance services, including but not limited to, plant installation, maintenance, and removal. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to provide a detailed plan for the services to be provided.
• The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience in providing interior plant landscaping and maintenance services.
• The contractor must have a permanent place of business and be licensed by the State of Texas to apply insecticides approved for use indoors.
• The contractor must have a safety manual and utilize organic/low impact products for insect control.
• The contractor must employ industry-recognized Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) personnel.
• The contractor must provide a detailed plan for the services to be provided, including a price schedule and a plan for tracking time, material, and cost detail by work site.
