AIM-9X Systems Improvement Program FOIVE Contract

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract for the AIM-9X Systems Improvement Program. The requirements associated with this development effort include Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) for development of hardware, domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Operational Flight Software (OFS) and Integrated Flight Simulation (IFS) software support. The contract is expected to be awarded to Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RMD) based on the authority provided in FAR 6.301-1. • The contract will be for a period of up to 5 years. • The requirements include development of hardware, software, and integration of engineering changes. • The contract is for the Department of the Navy (DoN), United States Air Force (USAF), and various FMS customers. • Interested parties should send responses via email to the primary point of contact, Megan Ryce.
