Description
The James J. Peters VA Medical Center is seeking information from US dumbwaiter manufacturer firms to upgrade or replace existing dumbwaiters in Building 100. The project includes demolition, removal, and replacement of existing dumbwaiters, as well as installation of new access panels, LED lighting, and emergency power lines. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations, and that the site is maintained in a clean and safe condition. The project is expected to take approximately 270 calendar days to complete.
