BSVII Site Security Services

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) is seeking proposals for unarmed, uniformed security services for the BSVII project. The contract will have a term of one year with two one-year options for a maximum term of three years. The proposer will be required to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The scope of work includes protecting properties from unauthorized break-ins, theft, fire, inhabitation, and other unlawful activities. • The security profile for these properties will primarily include foot patrol and roving vehicle patrol. • The proposer must possess current licenses in the following classifications or the proper license required to perform the scope of work issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (DCA-BSIS). • The proposer must provide a Certificate of Reported Compliance (or certify that a Certificate of Reported Compliance is not required) for any fleet of vehicles that will be used by the contractor in the performance of the services. • The proposer must comply with the VTA Organizational Conflict of Interest Procedures.
