Dodge City Housing Authority Improvements

This project involves capital improvements for four residential housing properties owned by the Dodge City Housing Authority. The work is divided into four packages: removal and replacement of 56 storm/screen doors at the Comanche Terrace property; removal and replacement of 136 storm/screen doors plus exterior building envelope upgrades at the George‑N‑Courts property; removal and replacement of four automatic sliding doors and associated hardware at the North Hi‑Rise property; and installation of new entry hardware for doors at the South Hi‑Rise property. Bids are to be submitted sealed by the specified deadline, and the contract is expected to be awarded shortly thereafter. • Scope: demolition, door removal, new door and hardware installation across multiple housing complexes. • Quantity: total of 196 doors (56 + 136 + 4) plus associated hardware upgrades. • Delivery: Materials and labor to be furnished in accordance with project drawings and specifications; contractor must familiarize themselves with site conditions prior to bidding.
