Description
The Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional moving services for the Boulder Creek location. The contract will cover the planning, packing, transportation, and unpacking of office furniture, equipment, and other assets. The vendor must demonstrate experience with institutional moves, possess appropriate insurance, and be able to meet the project schedule.
• Scope includes inventory assessment, packing, loading, transport, unloading, and placement of items.
• Services must comply with AHEC’s safety and security standards.
• Vendor must provide a detailed project plan, staffing plan, and cost breakdown.
• Required insurance coverage and certifications must be submitted with the bid.
• The move is expected to be a one‑time, short‑duration project.
