Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking a contractor to provide catering services for the 2026 Statewide Health Improvement Partnership Meeting to be held on September 22-23, 2026, at the Eagan Community Center. The estimated number of attendees is 250, and the contract prices shall not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate. The contractor must have an existing service contract with the Eagan Community Center. The contract term is anticipated to be from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
• The contractor must provide catering services for the meeting, including food and beverages.
• The contractor must have an existing service contract with the Eagan Community Center.
• The contract prices shall not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate.
• The contractor must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation.
• The State reserves the right to inspect the facility prior to award and to request a facility's most recent health inspection report.
