Janitorial Svcs Bowling Green Real ID

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Department of Vehicle Regulation/Real ID Office in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to four additional one-year periods. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the janitorial services. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks, such as cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning windows. The vendor will also be required to perform semi-annual and annual deep cleaning tasks. * Key tasks include: * Daily cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms and common areas * Weekly dusting and cleaning of high and low surfaces * Monthly deep cleaning of floors and carpets * Quarterly removal of insects from light fixtures * Semi-annual and annual deep cleaning of floors and surfaces * The vendor will be required to provide a monthly janitorial inspection report and to schedule a walk-through meeting with the Department of Vehicle Regulation representative to review the performance criteria.
