Description
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking a contractor to provide detailed data reports about End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) facilities, Transplant Programs, and Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) in formats useful to CMS, states, healthcare providers, and the general public. The reports will include summaries of patient characteristics, facility characteristics, patient outcomes, and facility practice patterns, as well as comparative state, network, regional, and national statistics. The contractor will be required to produce and distribute various reports, including facility-specific Dialysis Facility Reports, Transplant Program Reports, and Organ Procurement Organization Reports. The contractor will also be required to post the reports to a secure website and distribute them in a timely manner to support CMS surveyors, State Agencies, and other oversight stakeholders.
• The contract is for a base period of 12 months, with four option periods of 12 months each.
• The contractor will be required to provide detailed data reports on ESRD facilities, Transplant Programs, and OPOs.
• The reports will include summaries of patient characteristics, facility characteristics, patient outcomes, and facility practice patterns.
