Description
The Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue is seeking quotes for the replacement of three existing gas furnaces and A/C split systems with like equipment at Fire Station 60. The project includes reinstalling existing thermostats, ductwork, gas piping, electrical, and line sets. A mandatory site walkthrough will be held on May 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The project must be completed by June 12, 2026, and working hours are limited to 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
• The contractor must furnish all necessary materials, equipment, labor, transportation, facilities, and incidentals for the orderly progress and proper execution of the work.
• The contractor must employ only persons duly licensed by the State of Oregon to perform the work required under this contract.
• The contractor must comply with all requirements of local, state, and national laws.
