The State of West Virginia’s Department of Administration is issuing a sole‑source solicitation for the annual maintenance and support of the WinWam Weights & Measures software. The selected vendor – the sole developer, distributor, and provider of WinWam – will deliver three years of maintenance (October 1 2026 through September 30 2029) with the option for two additional renewal years.
