Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (ADCNR) is seeking a qualified organization to plan, manage, and operate the state‑wide National Archery in the Schools (NASP) tournament series. The contractor will be responsible for organizing roughly 25 qualifying tournaments each year (January‑March), plus several state championships, providing all equipment, ensuring venue compliance, staffing certified EMTs, handling marketing, sponsorships, registration, fee collection, and submitting post‑event reports. Revenue from entry fees, vendor booths, spectator fees, and sponsorships is retained by the contractor after paying all expenses, and the contractor must keep separate accounting for each event. The contract is initially for two years with possible extensions up to a total of five years.
