DSS Chiller, Cooling Tower, and Boiler Replacement

The project involves the replacement of six 2MBH boilers with two 3MBH boilers, the replacement of the cooling tower serving the Carrier chiller, and the replacement of the Carrier chiller at the Forsyth County DSS Power Plant. The prime bidder must have a specialty license as applicable to the work or a GC license. A 5% Bid Bond is required at the time of bid, and 100% Performance & Payment Bonds will be required of the awarded contractor. The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 10% MBE and WBE cumulatively.
