Description
The Township of East Brunswick is seeking quotations for various recreation and enrichment programs, including sports programs, summer specialty camps, science and enrichment programs, group exercise, cultural arts, and other unique programs. The contractor will be responsible for providing program schedules, advertising and marketing programs, providing adequate staff, managing instructors, and ensuring participant safety. The Township will provide a suitable location for the programs and assist with marketing and registration. The contract can be extended for up to five years. Some key requirements include providing proof of business registration, maintaining necessary insurance, and complying with New Jersey state laws and regulations.
• The programs will be offered for youth, teens, and adults.
• The contractor will be paid based on a price per participant.
• The Township reserves the right to accept multiple contractors.
• The contractor must provide verification of criminal background checks for all staff.
• The contractor must provide a brochure or other attachments listing program options and recommend registration fees.
