The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) is seeking quotations for a one‑year renewal of the annual maintenance service agreement for its CTF MEG (magnetoencephalography) system and the associated Helium Recovery System (HRS). The contractor will provide preventive maintenance, emergency support, parts replacement, software updates, and on‑site technical assistance as needed. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price purchase order awarded non‑competitively to the incumbent vendor, CTF MEG Neuro Innovation Inc., but other qualified firms may submit quotations.
