Construction Management Services for the Chancery Remodeling Project

The Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations invites qualified firms to submit bids for Construction Management services for the remodeling of its chancery building located at 335 East 45th Street, New York, NY 10017. The underlying construction work includes replacement and upgrade of the HVAC system to a VRF system; fire protection and fire alarm systems; telecommunications and IT systems; lighting; and related interior architectural work. The building consists of approximately 79,658 gross square feet, with 12 stories above grade and one basement level. The estimated CM contract value is USD 180,000, and the estimated underlying construction cost is USD 4,079,000. Eligibility requirements include a proposed key professional holding either a New York State Professional Engineer license or a Certified Construction Manager credential, at least five years of relevant experience, and qualifying project experience in the United States during the preceding five years.
