Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to renew and supply Beyond Trust software licenses and related services under an existing COTS Master Contract. The solicitation is limited to contractors already holding the COTS 2012 Master Contract (BPO #060B2490021). The award will be based on conformance to scope, price, and delivery schedule. Bids must be submitted electronically via eMMA by October 2 2026, with questions due by September 28 2026. The contract will cover yearly renewal of several Beyond Trust products, including SIEM integration, remote support concurrent user licenses, and application VM licenses.
• Limited to existing Master Contractors under the COTS Master Contract.
• Requires submission of a Letter of Authorization and MSRP screenshots.
• Fixed‑price, single‑award procurement; pricing must be valid for at least 90 days.
• Delivery of software licenses (no physical equipment) with invoicing within 10 days of delivery.
• Small Business Reserve designation applies.
