Description
The Commander Navy Installations Command is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide strategic program management, system development, system implementation, and system maintenance support for a modernized MWR Reservation System that meets DoD’s needs. The system should provide an intuitive and user-centric interface, integrate with existing authentication services, and enable interoperability with other systems. The contractor should also provide customer support and trainings, reporting and analytics capability, and comprehensive marketing tools.
• The system should be exclusively available for United States military-affiliated individuals and their families.
• The system should be consistent across all branches of military Services.
• The system should improve program efficiency and customer experience.
• The system should drive greater utilization of MWR programs and increase Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) revenues.
• The system should provide patrons and program administrators with account management capabilities.
• The system should provide program administrators with overall program oversight and management capabilities.
