Description
The State of Nevada Purchasing Division is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Permit Writing Assistance and Programmatic Support services for the State of Nevada. The contractor is expected to deliver expert assistance to ensure that permit development, regulatory processes, and program operations are consistent with federal and state requirements. The scope of work includes tasks such as permit writing, programmatic support, and regulatory compliance. The contract term is expected to be two years, with an option to renew for two one-year extensions.
• The State intends to award one or more contracts in conjunction with this RFP.
• The contractor will be expected to provide comprehensive technical, administrative, compliance, and programmatic support to the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection.
• The contractor will be required to maintain confidentiality and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on factors such as technical qualifications, relevant experience, proposal responsiveness, and cost.
• The State reserves the right to modify the timeline and evaluation criteria.
