WHI Permit 175 BRM Envelopes

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to print 60,000 envelopes for the WHI Permit 175 BRM. The envelopes should be 9-1/2 x 12-1/2" in size, with the printing done in Pantone 287 (Blue) on the face only. The contractor is responsible for performing a basic check of the furnished publishing files, creating or altering necessary trapping, and defining file output selection for the imaging device. The contractor must also provide digital color content proofs and samples. The delivery date is 11/21/2025, and the contractor must notify the ordering agency and GPO of the actual delivery date. • The contractor must provide 60,000 envelopes, including 500 Departmental Random "Blue Label" Copies. • The envelopes must be printed with type/rule matter and barcodes on the face only. • The contractor must perform a basic check of the furnished publishing files and report any errors. • The contractor must provide digital color content proofs and samples. • The contractor must deliver the envelopes to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center - WHI, Arnold Building Receiving Dock, in Seattle, WA.
