Description
The City of Atlanta is seeking bids from qualified and experienced Offerors to procure fully equipped, law enforcement–ready motorcycles designed and manufactured specifically for police operations. The scope of work includes high-speed pursuit, traffic enforcement, emergency response, and extended patrol use, as well as comprehensive repair services, OEM parts supply, diagnostics, training, and ongoing technical support necessary to maintain fleet operational readiness for the City of Atlanta Police Department.
• The City requires a fully assembled and operational motorcycle, as well as reliable repair services, warranties, OEM-quality parts, and required training.
• The City reserves the right to adjust or waive any insurance or bonding requirements contained in the Appendix B.
• The Offeror must upload a signed and dated letter from their insurance broker confirming the required insurance coverages.
• The Offeror must provide a cost proposal, which must be submitted separately.
• The City has a non-discrimination policy, and the contractor must agree to comply with it.
