The University of Wisconsin‑Madison School of Medicine and Public Health (UWSMPH) seeks a professional consulting firm to lead the planning, accreditation, facilities coordination, and organizational design for a new Regional Medical Campus (RMC) at UW‑La Crosse. The consultant will develop LCME accreditation materials, assist with business‑term drafting, support facility‑renovation oversight (remote with up to 40 % on‑site), and provide recruitment and onboarding strategy for faculty and staff. Federal funds will be incorporated, and the work is expected to be completed by September 2027 with the campus launch slated for August 2029.
• Scope includes accreditation documentation, business‑term development, and coordination with university counsel.
• Oversight of facility upgrades (classrooms, labs, clinical spaces) – no direct design or construction services.
