2027-2029 Toilet Paper Contract

The Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Corrections Center is seeking a supplier to provide Right Choice® (or equivalent) individually‑wrapped, 2‑ply toilet paper for a three‑year period (2027‑2029). The contract requires delivery of at least 70 cases per shipment, twice monthly (first and third Thursdays), with a total annual quantity of 1,680 cases. Vendors must be able to provide samples within 10 days of request and meet the specified roll and case configuration.
