The program has a minimum score of 50 required for a project to be funded, and applications will be scored as they are submitted on a first-come, first-served basis. • Eligible costs include new, commercial-grade DCFC and/or level 2 charging station(s), utility equipment interconnections and upgrades, necessary concrete or paved asphalt addition or replacement, signage and lighting, and charging station installation labor. • Applicants must provide a total eligible cost figure for each proposed charging station location using either known or estimated costs. • The program has a cash match requirement of 20%. • Grantees will be required to submit annual reports and certify that the charging station is still operating. • The program has a minimum three-year warranty requirement for each charging station. • Charging stations must be accessible to "walk up" consumers and provide continuous operations even when network connectivity is not available. • Charging stations must be located at a charging station location that is either owned by the applicant or for which the applicant submitted a host agreement.
