BRUKER SERVICE AGREEMENT

The NASA/NSSC is seeking a service agreement for their new Bruker D8 Discover diffractometer. The agreement would provide coverage for the instrument, including preventative maintenance visits, emergency visits, and phone and web support. The service engineer would perform a range of service and preventative maintenance work, including one preventative maintenance visit per year and labor and travel costs for one emergency visit. The instrument service work will take place in a laboratory at NASA GSFC, and the period of performance is two years starting June 2026. • The service agreement includes one preventative maintenance visit per year, including travel costs. • The agreement includes labor and travel costs for one emergency visit, separate from the PM visit. • Phone and web support are included. • Some parts needed for the work are included or discounted, including repair parts and planned maintenance parts. • A 10% discount on a new X-ray tube is included, if needed.
