Description
The Public School Employees' Retirement Board is seeking proposals for retiree dental benefits for the Health Options Program. The selected provider will be responsible for providing a fully insured, voluntary retiree Dental Preferred Provider Organization (DPPO) Plan for Medicare-eligible participants. The contract term is 5 years, with the option for renewal. The provider will be responsible for enrollment administration, claim adjudication, and communications administration, among other services.
• The provider must have experience in providing similar services to large groups.
• The provider must have a strong network of dental providers.
• The provider must be able to provide detailed reports and analytics on plan performance.
• The provider must be able to provide excellent customer service to plan participants.
• The provider must be able to work closely with the Board and other stakeholders to ensure smooth plan administration.
