Disposal and Recycling of Utility Poles, Pallets, And Reels

The City of Bryan, Texas, is seeking a contractor to provide disposal and recycling services for utility poles, pallets, and reels. The contractor will be responsible for picking up and disposing of or recycling these materials on a regular basis. The contractor must have experience in handling, transporting, and disposing of these materials in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The contract term is for one year, with options for four one-year extensions. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, technology, documentation, and materials necessary to facilitate the services. The contractor must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes, laws, regulations, rules, and ordinances.
