Description
The County of Wayne is soliciting requests for qualifications for professional engineering services to assist the County in subsequent engineering design and bid package services, surveying, and construction inspection services related to the Community Development Block Grant-Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBG-NR) project. The project includes 2 housing units to be demolished and reconstructed and 4 units to be rehabilitated within a designated project area, as well as storm drainage improvements. The selected firm will provide engineering services, including preparing the final design and construction bid package, submitting plans to the County for review and approval, supervising the bid advertising, tabulation, and award process, conducting the pre-construction conference, surveying, and conducting final inspection and approval of completed construction work.
• The project has a total budget of $750,000, with $165,000 allocated for drainage improvements, including engineering services.
