California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services is seeking a small‑business vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its facilities across five Southern California counties (Imperial, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego). The scope includes routine interior/exterior window cleaning, hard‑water spot removal, carpet shampooing, floor stripping, waxing and buffing of VCT/vinyl floors, and the provision and replacement of consumable cleaning supplies (hand soap, paper towels, sanitary items, etc.).
