Description
The Michigan Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor to replace the digital sign at the Cadillac Rest Area. The project includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to install the electronic sign, sign base with stone facing, electrical connections, and site restoration. The contractor must comply with Michigan's Prevailing Wage Law, State Project Registration, and Certified Payroll Submission requirements. The project requires a mandatory on-site pre-construction walk-through.
• The contractor must provide a copy of their State Project Registration and a copy of their license for any licensable trades.
• The contractor must disclose any subcontractors and provide their licenses and certificates of liability insurance.
• The contractor must maintain certified payroll records and submit them to the state within 10 days of the end of each pay period.
