The City of Sunrise is seeking a sole‑source vendor to design, fabricate, and install an architectural monument sign with a two‑sided LED digital display at its municipal campus. The scope includes structural engineering, foundation work, electrical and communication systems, and the delivery of one Electric Message Center (EMC) sign. This project will provide the city with a modern, high‑visibility signage solution that can display dynamic content 24/7.
• Design and engineering of a sign structure suitable for the municipal campus.
• Supply and installation of a two‑sided LED digital display with full electrical and communication integration.
• Construction of foundation and structural supports to meet local building codes.
• Delivery of a single Electric Message Center (EMC) monument sign, fully operational upon completion.
