Description
The County of Union, North Carolina, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, modern Customer Information System (CIS) and Utility Billing (UB) solution. The selected vendor will be expected to provide software, implementation services, data migration, training, documentation, system configuration, testing, and long-term maintenance and support. The solution should deliver the full suite of core CIS/UB modules, functionally unified and designed to work seamlessly as one solution, while maintaining interoperability with Union County's existing enterprise applications. The key objectives of this project include improving operational effectiveness, streamlining internal processes, strengthening real-time integration between key operational systems, and enhancing customer service.
