Description
The County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide full‑service grounds maintenance for five parks in the Southwest section of Gwinnett County on a 12‑month term contract. Services include weekly mowing, edging, blowing, bed/island pruning, tree‑well care, pesticide application (licensed technician required), and detailed reporting after each visit. No subcontractors are permitted, and the contractor must maintain at least three crews of three members each, hold a Georgia Category 24 pesticide applicator license, and be a Georgia Certified Landscape Professional. The award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote, with pricing held firm for the contract term.
