RFQ 26-02 Construction Engineering, Design Surveying Services

The City of Evanston is seeking to prequalify a group of highly proficient multifaceted civil engineering consulting firms to provide various design, construction engineering, and land survey professional services related to municipal infrastructure capital improvements. The successful firms will be prequalified to submit proposals requested by City staff for various professional services on an as-needed basis over a period of three years, with the potential for a two-year additional extension. • The services required include construction management, construction consulting, general construction management, scheduling, cost estimation engineering, and surveying systems. • The city is looking for firms with expertise in civil engineering and land surveying. • The prequalification process will allow the city to select firms that can provide high-quality services on an as-needed basis.
