Description
The Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor to provide herbicides and aerial spraying services on DNR properties. The contract term is three years with up to three one-year renewal options. The contractor will be responsible for providing aerial spraying services in the Upper Peninsula, Western Lower Peninsula, and Eastern Lower Peninsula of Michigan.
• The contractor must demonstrate the ability to successfully perform the duties identified in the solicitation.
• The contractor must submit a responsive proposal that meets all mandatory requirements.
• The evaluation process will include a review of the proposal instructions, mandatory minimum requirements, and pricing tables.
• The award recommendation will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the lowest price to the State of Michigan.
