Description
The U.S. Embassy in Rabat, Morocco is seeking a qualified legal counsel to provide expert advisory services on Moroccan labor and employment law and related regulations. The selected contractor will provide on-demand legal advisory support to the Embassy, including interpretation of applicable statutes and regulations, analysis of their implications for Embassy policies, and guidance on changes in Moroccan labor law. The contract will be for a one-year period with four one-year options. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary resources, including qualified personnel, legal research tools, and administrative support.
* Provide comprehensive legal counsel on Moroccan labor and employment laws and regulations
