The Parker County Hospital District is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to provide design and development services for an EMS Station and Aeromedical Hangar. The project includes a 4,500 square foot 3-Bay EMS Station in Aledo, Texas, and a 3,600 square foot Aeromedical Hangar and workshop in Peaster, Texas. The selected firm will be responsible for lead team formation, master site planning, programming and building conceptual design, design, and construction administration and closeout. The firm should have experience in similar projects and provide a team with the necessary expertise, including structural engineering, MEP engineering, landscape architecture, civil engineering, finishes selection, and signage and wayfinding planning. • The project requires a 4,500 square foot 3-Bay EMS Station and a 3,600 square foot Aeromedical Hangar and workshop. • The selected firm should have experience in similar projects and provide a team with the necessary expertise. • The firm will be responsible for lead team formation, master site planning, programming and building conceptual design, design, and construction administration and closeout. • The project timeline is to be determined, with the issue of the RFQ on 10/16/2025, deadline for RFQ clarification/questions on 10/30/2025, responses due to RFQ by noon on 11/10/2025, and notification to the selected firm on 11/21/2025.
