The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) is seeking a consulting firm to evaluate and improve its Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) processes. The contractor will review existing policies, analyze public comments, engage a broad set of internal and external stakeholders, benchmark against national best practices, and deliver actionable recommendations with an implementation roadmap. The effort is structured into stakeholder engagement, feedback synthesis, monthly progress reporting, and the production of draft and final recommendation reports. The work is expected to be performed virtually, with deliverables due over a five‑month period following award. • Review AHCCCS P&T policies, meeting minutes, and related documentation. • Conduct 2‑4 internal and external stakeholder meetings plus a public‑facing listening session. • Summarize stakeholder feedback and compare current processes to national best‑practice standards. • Provide monthly progress reports and a draft recommendation report by the end of month 4. • Deliver a final recommendation report with a prioritized implementation roadmap by the end of month 5.
