Commissioning and Service of HYPERFIRE for HLS PSI Testing.

The NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Commissioning and Service of HYPERFIRE for HLS PSI Testing. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the HYPERFIRE system satisfies the operational objectives of the Human Landing System (HLS) program. The scope of work includes component evaluations, replacements, and additions to the project scope, as well as ongoing support of programmatic and technical meetings. The contractor will also be responsible for traveling to LaRC to commission and service the HYPERFIRE system. Deliverables include hardware and relevant quality assurance documents, as well as updated versions of all HYPERFIRE drawings, diagrams, schematics, operating procedures, and CAD files. Key aspects of the job include: • Proof testing of fittings, gauges, and transducers • Acquisition and/or installation of various components, such as pressure regulators and heater controllers • Ongoing support of programmatic and technical meetings with LaRC personnel • Travel to LaRC to commission and service the HYPERFIRE system • Deliverables, including hardware and quality assurance documents, and updated versions of all HYPERFIRE drawings and files
