Description
The Department of Conservation and Recreation is seeking bids from experienced contractors to provide repair services to DCR owned Reconyx Trail Cameras. The contract will allow for repair and replacement of necessary parts to maintain fully functioning equipment. The selected contractor will be required to provide comprehensive repair services, including diagnostic evaluation, repair and refurbishment, testing and quality assurance, logistics, and documentation.
• The contract is expected to start on June 1, 2026, and will run for an initial duration of 3 years, with two options to renew for one year each.
• The estimated value of the procurement is $8,300.00.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on cost proposal, experience and qualifications, and completion of RFR submission requirements.
• The contractor must be registered with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue and meet all requirements set by the DOR to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• The contractor must provide environmentally preferable products and services, and comply with the Commonwealth's Digital Accessibility Standards.
