Chromebook Refresh – District Wide (IFQ-26-002-TECH)

The Prosper Independent School District (Prosper ISD) is soliciting informal cooperative quotes for Chromebook devices, required licensing, and associated provisioning services. The scope of work includes the purchase of Chromebook devices, Chrome Education Upgrade licenses, and provisioning services such as device enrollment, device update, asset tagging, repackaging, and delivery to the District's designated location. Vendors must provide accurate delivery timelines and disclose any known or anticipated delays, product shortages, or supply chain constraints. The award will be made to the vendor providing the best value to the District, considering factors such as pricing, delivery timeline, vendor performance, and compliance with specifications. • The District requires Chromebook devices that meet specific minimum specifications, including processor, memory, storage, display, wireless, camera, battery, and power adapter. • The devices must be new and unused, and compatible with Chrome Education Upgrade licensing. • Vendors must clearly identify the Lenovo model number and configuration in their response. • No substitutions or deviations from the specifications will be accepted. • The District reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive informalities or irregularities, and accept the response deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
