Description
The State of Maryland Government is seeking a contractor to provide Private Branch Exchange (PBX) equipment and services for a period of 4 months. The contractor will be responsible for providing hardware, associated peripherals, and software, as well as maintenance services and technical support. The contractor must comply with all requirements under the PBX IV Master Contract and the Platinum Level Service Agreement. The scope of work includes providing a monthly maintenance cost by site location, performing a full system and database back up every three months, and providing a Customer Support Center that is available 24/7.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1.
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must comply with all security requirements and provide a Mercury Affidavit if applicable.
• The contractor must provide a quote for a general business pool technician per hour labor rate.
• The contractor must provide proposals for repairs/enhancements outside of the Platinum Level Service Agreement.
