The Municipality of Anchorage is seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade the security‑camera system at the Spenard Recreation Center. The work includes furnishing and installing six new Axis dome cameras, replacing the existing recording server with a Dell PowerEdge T360, installing a Cisco Catalyst 9300‑48U‑E PoE switch, and migrating all existing and new cameras onto the city’s Milestone XProtect Expert video‑management system. The contractor must provide all hardware, run new Category‑6 cabling for the six cameras, certify all cable runs, perform mounting, aiming, labeling, and testing, and deliver as‑built documentation, warranties, and final acceptance paperwork. No design or software installation is required; the city’s IT Department will handle server configuration, network setup, and VMS licensing activation.
