Description
Palm Beach County is seeking pre-qualified vendors to provide various types of press room supplies on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a term period, and vendors will be required to provide a "turnkey" service. The county reserves the right to accept or reject any or all pre-qualifications.
• The scope of work includes providing press room supplies, such as paper, ink, and other materials.
• Vendors must have a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades to be eligible for local preference.
• The county has an Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) program, which sets forth requirements for vendor participation.
• Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.
