6515--ScriptPro Robotic Pharmaceutical Maintenance Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ScriptPro USA, Inc. for the maintenance of the ScriptPro System and associated components at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. The contract will be for a period of five years, and the contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, lodging, supervision, and expertise required to provide full preventive and remedial maintenance. The scope of work includes providing maintenance for various components, such as the SP 200/CCC, SP Central Expanded Platform, and Enterprise HCI 4000 Platform. • The contractor shall provide all required services and associated deliverables in accordance with the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor shall provide maintenance for the ScriptPro System and associated components listed in the attached PWS. • The contractor shall provide the required services at the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center from 10/01/2026 through 09/30/2029.
