Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $7,000,000

Based on the information provided, it is difficult to estimate the exact budget for this opportunity. However, the contractor will be responsible for providing supplemental rental assistance and temporary housing support for eligible participants, and the program will provide a two-phased approach to rental assistance, temporary housing, and wraparound housing. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining a database or tracking system to monitor and report on all phases of the program. Assuming an average cost of $2,500 per month for rental assistance and an average duration of 6-12 months, the total budget for rental assistance could range from $15,000 to $30,000 per participant. With an estimated 100-200 participants, the total budget for rental assistance could range from $1.5 million to $6 million. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for providing case management services, which could add an additional $500,000 to $1 million to the total budget. Therefore, the estimated budget for this opportunity could range from $2 million to $7 million.
